Welcome to EON StoryBoard. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

EON StoryBoard is owned and operated by EON Verse. By using our workspace, uploading screenplays, generating storyboard assets, or purchasing subscription packages, you enter into a binding legal agreement subject to these terms.

2. Private Beta Phase

EON StoryBoard is currently in a Private Beta testing phase. Features may be updated, modified, or temporarily offline as we conduct system maintenance. While we strive to maintain complete uptime and data backup redundancy, we are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or generation delays during this testing period.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use EON StoryBoard only for lawful pre-production creative workflows. You are prohibited from:

• Uploading screenplays containing materials that violate local laws or infringe third-party copyrights.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary script analysis parsing algorithm or API pipelines.
• Using automated scraping tools to extract images, boards, or data from other users' active workspaces.

4. Account & Subscription Billing

Subscriptions and generation credits are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription pricing locked in during our Private Beta phase will be honored for beta participants. Standard monthly or yearly charges will apply automatically according to your selected plan.

5. Intellectual Property

Your screenplay text, visual reference uploads, character tags, and completed storyboard exports remain your exclusive intellectual property. EON StoryBoard secures the right to process this content temporarily solely to run our image generation pipelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EON Verse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of your use of EON StoryBoard.
