At EON Verse, we build pre-production tools for professional filmmakers. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle the screenplays, visual assets, and settings you upload or generate within our workspace.

1. Information We Collect

To provide EON StoryBoard services, we collect information you provide directly and metadata about your usage:

• Account Credentials: Email addresses, billing details, and account profile names.
• Creative Uploads: Screenplays, script files, text treatment drafts, character portraits, and visual references.
• Generated Outputs: Storyboard panels, shot notes, cast settings, camera layout logs, and continuity audit reports.

2. Data Storage & Hosting

Your project files and metadata are stored securely using industry-standard database providers:

• Database & Authentication: Handled by Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) in secure, encrypted cloud partitions.
• Application Infrastructure: Deployed on Railway servers utilizing modern container firewalls.

3. Third-Party Services & APIs

We integrate select, secure API partners to process your data:

• AI Generation: Google Gemini API. Uploaded script segments and visual descriptions are sent to process framing, layout, and character consistency logic. Your creative uploads are not used by our partners to train public AI models.
• Payments & Billing: Stripe, for secure, PCI-compliant subscription handling.
• Telemetry & Logs: PostHog, Sentry, and Google Analytics are used for monitoring system health and tracking interface performance.

4. Creative Ownership

We firmly believe in creators' rights. **You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights** for all screenplays uploaded and storyboards generated. EON Verse does not claim any rights to your stories.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated project data at any time from your Account Settings panel within the app, or by contacting us at hello@eonverse.in.
